Important information for June 16th, 2024

Vendor Load-in Information

Set up time for a vendor is from 10:00AM-11:30AM

Vendor tables will be first come first serve.

No vendor will be allowed to enter after 11:30AM. RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Vendor Agreement

Make sure you have read over and completed our vendor agreement form. Your agreement is required to enter the building on the day of the show.

Prepare

Prepare for success by having a list of the items you have for sale. Bring change for cash transactions. Clean any vintage or pre owned items you may be selling.

You have 30 minutes to unload and move your car to the parking deck. Failure to do so will result in your car being towed.

Vendor Guest Passes

Single table comes with 3 total passes. You should have received a purchase confirmation immediately after you ordered and 2 vendor guest passes afterwards.

Double table comes with 4 total passes. You should have received a purchase confirmation immediately after you ordered and 3 vendor guest passes afterwards.

Any additional vendor guest passes will cost $50. You can pay at check in or online.
